Credit packs and prices

Face Rating credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Credits do not expire. You must be at least 18 to buy a pack.

Prices are in US dollars, before tax.

• Starter: $5.99 for 80 credits
• Standard: $9.99 for 200 credits
• Plus: $18.99 for 400 credits
• Max: $100.00 for 2,400 credits

Tax is added at checkout. Waffo is the seller of record and collects your payment. A full report costs 200 credits. Each in-depth analysis of an individual feature costs 10 credits.

Refunds for unused packs

You can get a full refund for an unused pack by emailing support@facerating.co within 14 days of purchase. The pack must not have been used to generate a report or an individual analysis.

Once you use a pack

Once credits from a pack have been used to generate a report or an individual analysis, that pack is no longer refundable. This also applies to any credits left in that pack.

When generation fails

If a report or an individual analysis fails to generate, the credits are automatically returned to your account. You do not need to email us. Returning credits to your account is not a cash refund.

If the pack is still unused after the failed attempt, you can still request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase under the rule above.

How refunds are returned

Waffo processes refunds to the original payment method. Waffo also collects payments, issues invoices and handles chargebacks.

Free scores and consumer rights

Free scores have no charge to refund. This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
