Using Face Rating
These terms apply to Face Rating at facerating.co. By using the service, you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 to use the service or buy a report. You must also have the legal capacity to enter into the purchase where you live.
What a score or report means
The free tool uses a facial landmark model in your browser to estimate geometric proportions and angles in a photo. A paid full report uses an AI model to explain the proportions and offer everyday suggestions, such as photography angles, hairstyles or makeup.
A score estimates the proportions in that photo. It is not an assessment of a person, their worth, character or how others see them. Lighting, camera lenses and photo angles can change the result. Scores and reports are not medical or cosmetic surgery advice. We do not guarantee accuracy, a change in your appearance, a higher score or any other outcome from following suggestions.
Your photos and account
Use only a photo of yourself, whether you use the free tool or generate a paid report. Do not submit anyone else's photo, even with their permission, or any photo of a minor.
The free tool does not upload your photo and does not require an account. Only after you buy a full report and click generate is the photo sent to our servers and passed to an AI model to write the report. We require the AI provider not to retain it, and delete the photo when the report is finished. We keep the report text.
You can sign in by email or with Google. Keep your sign-in details secure and contact support@facerating.co if you suspect unauthorized account use. You retain your rights in your photo; submitting it for a paid report allows us to process it to produce that report.
Purchases and refunds
The price for a paid feature is displayed at checkout before you buy. Waffo is the seller of record and collects payment. We do not store your card number. Read the refund policy for refund conditions and how to request a refund. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Prohibited use
You must not:
- Submit photos of other people or minors, impersonate someone or infringe their privacy or other rights.
- Use scores or reports to harass, shame, threaten or discriminate against anyone.
- Present an estimate as a medical finding or a factual judgment about a person.
- Use the service unlawfully, commit payment fraud or try to bypass purchase or access restrictions.
- Disrupt the service, upload malicious material or attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
Violations, account closure and appeals
If you breach these terms, we may suspend access, close your account or revoke access to purchased content, including reports, where warranted by the breach. We will notify you through your account email, explaining the action and the reason. A restriction may take effect immediately to stop abuse.
You can appeal by emailing support@facerating.co. Include your account email, the decision you are appealing and why you believe it should be changed. We will review your explanation and notify you of the outcome by email. Restrictions and appeals do not remove any refund or other rights that the law requires us to provide.
Availability and liability
Access may be interrupted, and the service and its results may contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost income or data, arising from use of the service or reliance on a score or report. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits rights and remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Changes and contact
We may revise these terms and will publish the revised text here with an updated date. We will notify account holders of material changes by email. Review the revised terms before continuing to use the service; if you do not accept them, stop using it. Questions about these terms or an account decision: support@facerating.co.
