Pricing

Your scores are free and stay on your device. Credits pay for what the score can't tell you: why it sits where it does, and what you can change.

Questions

Is the score still free?

Yes. The score, the five feature scores and your face shape are free, need no account and are worked out on your device. Credits are only for the written report and the single analyses.

Is this a subscription?

No. A credit pack is one payment. Nothing renews, and the credits you bought never expire.

Which pack do I need?

One full report takes the Standard pack. The Starter pack doesn't cover a full report, but it pays for single analyses of one feature at a time.

Do I have to upload my photo again after paying?

No. The photo you scored stays in this browser for 30 minutes, so you can pay and come back without choosing it again. It's sent to our server only when you click Generate, and we require the AI provider not to retain it.

What if a report fails?

Its credits go back to your balance automatically, and you can try again.
