rate my face with a score I can understand

The rate my face tool gives you a photo score and a short explanation of its band. Read five feature scores too, so the total has some context.

What a rate my face request gets you

The rate my face tool uses a face landmark model to measure photo proportions and angles. It returns a 1–10 total, to one decimal place, with a short explanation of its score band.

The feature breakdown includes symmetry, proportions, eyes, nose & lips, and jaw & face shape, plus a shape estimate. These measure the photo. The measured geometry cannot tell you whether someone likes your smile or enjoys your company.

A rate my face score with a sentence beside it

These sample lines illustrate band explanations, without promising the exact sentence on your screen. Read each score band as a geometric description rather than a personal label.

ScoreExample explanation
1.0–3.9"Several proportions are farther from the geometric references; check your photo angle."
4.0–5.9"This photo shows a mix of proportions around the middle of the scale."
6.0–7.9"Several measured proportions are close to the geometric references in this photo."
8.0–10.0"This picture shows strong alignment with the tool's geometric references."

A score band cannot establish a percentile: there is no measured population comparison.

Using rate my face without a public vote

A site that asks strangers to "rate my face" depends on viewers and their preferences. This tool's free scoring happens in your browser instead. Your photo does not upload or leave your device during the free measurement, and there is no stranger voting step.

The tool measures geometry rather than collecting human reactions. It cannot turn geometry into an answer about personal chemistry. If you wanted a crowd's view, these measurements will give you a different kind of information.

Get a readable photo before the rating

For a clear measurement photo, face a camera at eye level. Brush hair away from the outline. Soft front light gives the landmark model clearer features than overhead shadows.

Avoid filters that reshape your face. If you score another photo, keep the distance and lens similar to the first photo. The same photo on the same device gives the same score. A changed total after turning your head describes a changed image, rather than a sudden change in you. Comparing the photographs often explains the difference more clearly than comparing totals.

Read the breakdown before the comment

The short explanation is a score band summary. Check the individual components too: symmetry concerns matching landmarks, while proportions compares facial thirds and the golden ratio. That ratio is not a scientific beauty standard.

Eye measurements cover spacing and shape, while the remaining categories compare nose, mouth, jaw, and face dimensions. An overall total leaves those details compressed into one number. Skin, makeup, hair, height, voice, clothes, and personality are outside the scoring criteria. You can try the photo tool out of curiosity without treating its summary as a verdict.

Know when a photo leaves your device

Free results stay within the scoring process on your device. An optional report uses a different process: after buying and clicking Generate, you send the photo to our server for an AI model to write it. We tell the AI service not to store the request history. Anthropic says its API deletes inputs within 30 days by default.

The optional report adds detailed proportions and reference ranges, the leading reason for a lower score, and everyday advice on photos or styling. Unlock the full report. Buying and using the tool require you to be at least 18.

FAQ

Can I use rate my face for free?

Yes. The total, component scores, and face shape estimate are free without registration.

Do strangers rate my face here?

No. Free scoring uses measurements in your browser, without uploading the picture for public voting.

Does rate my face insult people with low scores?

The band explanation concerns proportions in a photo, not a person's worth or character.

Can rate my face judge my personality?

No. It has a photograph and cannot infer your personality or popularity from the measured ratios.

Should I keep asking for scores until I get ten?

A preferred score does not make a photo more truthful. Use the breakdown if it interests you and stop when you have enough information.

Is there an AI tool that rates my face on a scale of 1 to 10 and gives me a score?

Yes. The rate my face tool gives a free overall score from 1 to 10, with one decimal place, and five feature scores from 1 to 10. These estimate geometry in that photo.
